Not user friendly
I signed up unaware there was a platinum membership option it went straight to gold, finding out its basic level, that one shouldn't even be paying for. Now its difficult and confusing to change or make upgrades making this experience overwhelming and feeling scammed in the process.
As a company especially representing female, I'd expect better integrity!!!

One day I opened the app and my account has been put on hold for no reason. They claim it's because I've broken the community guidelines, but I have not even spoken to anyone nor have I put anything bad on my profile.
Nothing. They requested I send them ID to verify and I did just that. Nothing again. I got no follow-up on that email with a picture for verification.
I tried to email them again to request a permanent deletion of my account; once again, nothing.
They keep sending me spam promo emails for Premium and other things, but that's all. Their support team seems to be non-existent.

Paying for a service to be educated on the habits of low IQ scammers along how their rings work is disrespectful! Chinese, Russian and now AI.
Fix your system! This is Russian doll of scams.

After matching with people and I go to my chat inbox it constantly buffers and I then can't access my messages.
The only way I can do this is by clicking on my drop down box on my phone to see the message but when when attempting to go into my inbox it's buffering.
So frustrating when in the middle of chatting and can't get through to a person in her support so the bot doesn't recognise what question I'm asking and I'm getting nowhere.

I am a non-binary female and the HER app has removed me two times with only a vague response as to why. There is no evidence of an email or conversation that broke any policies.
If someone made a complaint, I would expect HER to investigate first before banning a user.
By doing this, you are showing bias and discriminatory practices, which I will use to sue to the fullest degree because I find this to be outrageous and a shame to the LGBTQ+ community, where we experience enough of this treatment outside places we are to be accepted and protected. On Monday, I will be pursuing bringing a lawsuit against your organization if this matter is not resolved.

so i had started going out with a trans man whos more masculan than me, but quickly realized that he had violent tendencies and had violent words. I had to dip with no contact for my own safety.
he keeps on texting me harrassing messages liek " you act like a girl" and "your a girl not a boy" on HER and Instagram platforms. he blocked my HER account so I only got one screenshot of evidence from that app.
